An Invitation to Stay at Kyre Park

Kyre Park is the home of Mrs Tzaraine Gwyn-Jones, whose late husband brought this house back from virtual dereliction after it had been, for many years, in institutional use. It was only one of many houses which he saved.

Mrs Gwyn-Jones has commissioned Nicholas Merchant, who lectures extensively on the Decorative Arts for Historic Houses, for the Friends of the BADA, as well as the Arts Society, to arrange a short stay in the house. Yes, you will actually stay in the spacious elegance of this house now complete with every modern convenience, including a lift and a gym.

From the house the party will visit country houses in this beautiful region of England as well as the workshop of John Beavan, one of England’s most renowned cabinet- makers.
